Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Service Crew / Kitchen Crew to support daily operations of a Japanese food outlet in Singapore. You will assist in food prep, plating, and service, while maintaining high hygiene standards and contributing to sustainability initiatives.

Training is provided for motivated candidates. Experience in F&B is a plus, and candidates should be able to work fast under pressure. Basic English is required; Mandarin is a bonus.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Service Crew / Kitchen Crew to support the daily operations of a Japanese food outlet. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure smooth operations during peak periods, have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment!

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Plating / Service
  • Assist in prepping ingredients (no complex cooking required).
  • Plate signature soups/grills neatly and efficiently.
• Kitchen Operations
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards (SG Food Agency compliant).
  • Replenish stocks (sauces, ingredients, retail products).
  • Support smooth workflow during peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Sustainability Commitment
  • Handleantibiotic-free chickenand sustainably sourced produce.
  • Minimize waste in line with brand values.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior F&B (kitchen/back-of-house) is a plus, but training provided for motivated candidates.
• Skills:
  • Ability to work fast & clean under pressure.
  • Basic English (Mandarin a bonus).
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.

Pay & Perks

Full-Timers

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month + OT pay.
• AWS (Performance-based).

• 5.5 working days
• 10am to 10pm, lunch break is 2 hours
