Job summary

Beard Papa’s at Bugis Junction, Funan & AMK in Singapore is hiring store staff to prepare cream puffs, serve customers, and maintain store operations. You will bake, handle cashiering, and keep the shop clean and well-stocked in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory checks, and providing friendly service with a positive attitude. Rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education; relevant F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly and provide friendly customer service.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform routine tasks.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs tasks required for the preparation and presentation of Beard Papa’s products to its customers, and for the maintenance of the Beard Papa’s store premises and equipment, in accordance with Beard Papa’s operating standards, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Cream Puff Preparation & Baking

• Prepare cream puff fillings according to company recipes and standards.
• Bake cream puffs and ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.
• Monitor ingredients and minimize food wastage.

Sales, Cashiering & Customer Service

• Attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, process payments, and perform cashiering duties accurately.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback appropriately.

Cleaning& Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
• Carryout daily cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Store Operations & Management

• Support the daily opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Monitor product availability and replenish items when required.
• Follow company operational procedures and service standards.

Basic Reporting & Inventory

• Perform basic daily sales and operational reporting.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory control.

General Duties

• Comply with company policies, food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store sales and operational targets.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
