Qualifications

• Minimum 'O' Level qualification with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English
• Prior supervisory experience within the hospitality industry

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage floor operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Coordinate and monitor food and drink service delivery to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain positive experiences
• Lead and motivate the service crew through on-the-job training, daily guidance, and team support
• Enforce strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols in collaboration with Logistics and Procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Support management by providing staff feedback, enforcing service standards, handling administrative tasks, scheduling shifts, and resolving complex guest concerns
• Maintain composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment to ensure continuous smooth operations
• Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture by actively contributing as a team player

Job Summary
