Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking team members for a guest-facing role in a fast-paced environment. You will provide friendly service, handle reservations and enquiries, greet guests, and take orders for food and beverages.

Responsibilities include inputting orders into the POS system, offering basic technical support for karaoke checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with weekend and public holiday shifts required.

5. Input orders into point-of-sales system
6. Provide basic technical support mic checks karaoke system checks
7. Maintain a safe and clean environment
8. Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management
10. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
11. Comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages
12. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

44 hours a week 6 days
Day Shift: 11am to 9pm |10am to 8pm |12pm to 10pm
Night Shift: 6.30pm to 3.30am | 4.30pm to 1.30am
Usuallyscheduled to work minimally 4 hours of OT a week
