Job summary

ACID BAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled bartender to prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, and maintain a clean, safe bar environment while complying with health standards.

The role requires bartending experience, ability to work shifts (5 days a week), and a Food Safety & Hygiene certificate if applicable; the team offers overtime, staff meals, transport for late shifts, and a range of bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Past bartending experience in drink preparation and customer service tasks
• Ability to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week
• Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide drink recommendations to enhance their experience
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal age for alcohol purchase
• Take drink orders accurately from serving staff or customers directly
• Inform customers about new beverages and current specials to promote sales
• Select and mix drink ingredients, including peeling, slicing, and pitting fruit for garnishes
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain stock availability
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies to ensure a safe environment
• Maintain cleanliness of the work and dining areas by removing trash, cleaning counters, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
• Resolve minor customer complaints independently to maintain service quality

Job Summary

You will prepare and serve drinks, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, safe bar environment while ensuring compliance with legal and health standards.
