Job summary

AAANNNGG PTE. LTD. is seeking a guest-focused service professional to join our front-of-house team. You will greet guests, take reservations, and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy outlet.

The role emphasizes excellent English communication, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends/public holidays. We offer a 5-day work week and incentives, with a free shuttle from Tanah Merah MRT.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Take reservations and enquire purpose of visit.
• Greet each guest courteously and promptly.
• Share promotions, specials and items to customers.
• Take food and beverage orders, repeat orders to guests, inform guest of estimated service time.
• Oversee a team of servers who are assigned to his/her shift.
• Input orders in the Point-of-Sale system.
• Process payment and check bills promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Assist manager with planning and organizing of special events.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks accurately.
• Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
• Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Troubleshoot cashier payment issues.
• Escalate guests feedback to duty manager.
