Job summary

AAANNNGG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a friendly bartender/server to ensure constant beverage stock and greet guests courteously.

You will set up bars, stock beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies, and prepare garnishes and perishables to maintain quality. You’ll take drink orders, mix drinks, and uphold portion control with a coachable, team-oriented attitude. The role requires weekend and public holiday availability and a 5-day work week, with opportunities to contribute to attractive bar

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the constant supply of beverage stock
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
• Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
• Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized
• Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
• Wash glassware
