Job summary

Japan Foods Holding Ltd. is seeking service-oriented staff to assist in dining area setup and guest service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving meals and beverages with a smile.

Role requires basic maths, POS knowledge, and WSQ Food & Hygiene certification, with split shifts and weekend work. Training provided to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level or ITE qualifications.
• Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
• Knowledge in POS system
• Knowledge in basic Maths and cashier operations

Responsibilities

• Dining area preparation and setup, including crookery and menu replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, usher guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Handle cashiering duties when required and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Clear, wipe and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.

Dining Area Preparation and Setup

• Proper table setting including setting up items such as crookery and menu.
• Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments.

Customer Service and F&B Service

• Usher customer to their table.
• Present menus to customers，inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for

• Perform cashiering at times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or, ITE qualifications
• Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
• With F&B experience is an asset but not essential
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers with smile all

the time

• Willing to learn and has passion for service industry
