Job summary

• Advanced experience in Services & Customer Contract Management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts; provide both service agreement and time-and-material program management.
• Assure timely resolution of customer issues and satisfaction for assigned contracts; interact with cross-functional teams.
• Lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements; explain information and develop team consensus.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline to execute policy/strategy and improve processes.
