Job summary

GE Vernova Singapore is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field service operations for Transmission & Distribution equipment. You will plan, coordinate, and execute site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget, while maintaining strong customer relationships and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years' experience supervising work teams in T&D industry.
• Business understanding with market knowledge and international exposure.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field service operations, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality site execution.
• Plan and optimize field resources, tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Monitor deployment and mobility of resources according to project schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical and operational support to field teams and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach field personnel through performance management and continuous learning.
