Job summary

HKK Instrumentation Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Industrial Service Technician (Mechanical) to support on-site installation, repair, and maintenance at customer facilities in Singapore.

You will work with the Operations team, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring all work adheres to safety procedures and company standards while collaborating with team members and clients who speak English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• NITEC in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant technical experience may substitute formal qualifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment repairs, maintenance, and installation activities.
• Assist the Operations team with basic administrative paperwork and logistics coordination.
• Carry out simple on-site installation and servicing at customers' production plants and industrial facilities.

Requirements

• NITEC in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant technical experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Computer literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as an Industrial Service Technician (Mechanical) is preferred.
• Experience working in a refinery, power plant, or similar industrial environment , particularly involving piping or tubing systems, will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and spoken Mandarin .
• Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
