Job summary

SOON SENG FOOD INDUSTRY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repair, maintenance and installation of electrical circuits and mechanical equipment. You will troubleshoot to keep operations running and support routine maintenance schedules.

The role requires a Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least two years' experience in food manufacturing. Mandarin-speaking communication with staff is required; a Class 3 licence is a plus, and strong

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in food/beverage manufacturing or related environment.
• Possession of Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintenance and installation of electrical circuits and mechanical equipment.
• Carry out troubleshooting to maintain equipment at operating levels.
