Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Singapore (Ubi) to manage customer servicing, repair coordination and workshop follow-up. The role supports quotes, timelines and daily updates, liaising with insurers and suppliers as needed.

Workdays are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays; hours 9.00AM–6.00PM, Saturday 9.00AM–5.00PM. Basic salary up to SGD 3,500 + AWS, with 14 days annual leave and lunch provided. Permanent position.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and claims platforms such as Merimen or Audatex is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand servicing or repair requirements.
• Assess vehicles and prepare quotations for servicing, repairs and accident-related work.
• Explain repair recommendations, costs and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Provide customers with regular updates.
• Liaise with insurers, surveyors and parts suppliers when required.
• Ensure completed work meets quality standards before vehicle handover.
• Prepare service records, quotations, invoices and related documentation.
