Job summary

SG3 PTE. LTD. invites an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our guest-facing team in Singapore. You will greet diners, guide them to tables, present menus, and highlight daily specials to enhance the dining experience.

You will also record orders using handheld POS, explain menu details and allergens, relay dietary changes to the kitchen, bus and reset tables, and handle payment processing with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet diners warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, and highlight daily specials or promotions.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately using handheld POS tablets or order slips; memorise and explain complex menu ingredients, preparation styles, and potential allergen indicators.
• Communicate custom alterations or dietary constraints precisely to kitchen and bar staff; transport plates and trays to tables with proper presentation.
• Pre-bus tables during service and reset tables with fresh linen, polished silverware, and condiments for upcoming reservations.
• Print accurate itemised guest bills, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments via wireless terminals.

• Food & Beverage Delivery:Communicate custom alterations or dietary constraints precisely to kitchen and bar staff. Transport plates and trays swiftly from the pass to the correct tables while ensuring proper presentation.
• Table Maintenance (Bussing):Pre-bus tables throughout the meal by removing empty glassware and dirty dishes. Reset tables efficiently with fresh linen, polished silverware, and condiments for upcoming reservations.
• Payment Processing:Print accurate itemised guest bills, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments via wireless terminal systems
