Job summary

I-LINK MANPOWER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a guest-focused team member to support daily hospitality operations in Singapore. The role covers greeting guests, taking orders, serving, billing, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked environment.

You will coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, handle promotions where applicable, and uphold house rules to maintain a safe, welcoming experience for all guests. Previous service experience is beneficial.

• Greet guests and assist with arrivals.
• Escort guests to assigned tables.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Take food and beverage orders (in-room or at counter).
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Clear tables and rooms after use.
• Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, etc.).
• Handle promotions or membership redemptions if applicable.
• Refill stock (tissues, utensils, condiments).
• Assist with daily opening/closing tasks.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensure customer conduct is within house rules; alert management if guests are unruly.

3. Tavle Setup & Cleanliness

• Ensure rooms are clean and well-stocked before each use

• Report any maintenance issues

4. Billing & Payment

• Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, etc.)

• Handle promotions or membership redemptions if applicable

5. Support Duties

• Refill stock (tissues, utensils, condiments)

• Assist with daily opening/closing tasks

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams

6. Safety & Conduct

• Ensure customer conduct is within house rules

• Alert management/security if guests are unruly or intoxicated
