Job summary

Ebb & Flow Group invites energetic servers to join the launch team for a new Mediterranean dining concept at Dempsey Hill, Singapore. You’ll create warm, attentive guest experiences from arrival through settlement, while working in a fast-paced environment that rewards hospitality and teamwork.

As a Server, you will develop knowledge of the menu and beverage program, support smooth service, and contribute to a memorable dining journey for every guest in a pioneering, pre-opening setting.

Server – New Mediterranean Concept, Dempsey

Introduction

Ebb & Flow Group is a Singapore based F&B hospitality group operating a growing portfolio of distinctive dining concepts across Singapore. We pride ourselves on creating warm, attentive, and memorable guest experiences, with a strong focus on genuine hospitality, quality, and attention to detail.

We are preparing to launch an exciting new Mediterranean dining concept in Dempsey Hill, and we are looking for passionate and personable Servers to join our founding front of house team.

Inspired by the vibrant flavours, warm hospitality, and convivial spirit of the Mediterranean, the restaurant will offer guests a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. As a Server, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences from the moment guests arrive. What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while following the restaurant’s service standards and sequence.
• Attend to guests throughout their dining experience and anticipate their needs where possible.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and proper setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally, escalating matters to the management team where required.
• Support opening and closing duties, including table setup, clearing, and service station preparation.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and wider service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with basic billing, payments, and POS processes when required.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the restaurant’s Mediterranean inspired menu, ingredients, and beverage offerings to provide thoughtful recommendations.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or a customer facing role; this is preferred but not essential.
• Has a friendly, personable, and guest focused attitude.
• Is passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating positive experiences for guests.
• Is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to multitask during busy service periods.
• Possesses good communication skills and basic spoken English.
• Is a reliable and responsible team player with a positive attitude.
• Is willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Has pre opening experience or an interest in Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, and dining culture; this will be an advantage.
