AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on technician to assist engineers by testing server and rack products. You will support PXE server configurations, run burn-in and power testing, and help analyze production failures for improvements.

You will participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities, maintaining test program master lists and tracking records to ensure traceability and quality across all test cycles.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in conducting tests on server and rack products
• Support and implement PXE server configurations
• Run and maintain burn-in and power testing processes
• Analyze production product failures and collaborate with engineers for improvements
• Participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain and update test program master list and tracking records
