Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on engineer to lead a team responsible for testing server and rack products in a high-volume production environment. The role includes configuring PXE servers, maintaining burn-in and power tests, and coordinating with customers’ HQ/factory for test program delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SAP and Linux, and strong debugging skills to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years' experience in Server/Rack/manufacturing.
• Experience in test methodologies and diagnostics.
• Knowledgeable in programming and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to perform test activities for server and rack products.
• Set up and support PXE server configurations for products.
• Maintain burn-in, power, and test processes in production.
• Collaborate with customer HQ/factory on test program implementation.
• Drive Kaizen activities and maintain test program master list.
