Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on technician to perform setup, testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products at Tampines. You will follow work instructions, record results, and support a range of hardware tests.

The role requires physical fitness to stand for long hours and willingness to work rotating day/night shifts after training. Effective English communication is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• ITE qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Candidates with or without experience welcome to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, testing, production or technical environments is advantageous.
• Basic computer and technical knowledge required.
• Experience in server testing or hardware-related environments is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Able to work rotating day/night shifts.
• Able to communicate effectively in English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, testing, and troubleshooting for server systems and rack-mounted products.
• Execute testing procedures according to work instructions and record test results accurately.
• Support BIOS testing, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other technical testing activities when required.
• Identify and report testing issues or abnormalities to the relevant teams.
• Support packing, labeling, shipping, and other production-related activities as assigned.
• Follow testing procedures, safety requirements, and operational guidelines to ensure product quality.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S standards within the work area.
