Job summary

ingrasys (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to manage the Test Engineering team responsible for server and rack products in production.

You will drive PXE server configurations, oversee run-in, burn-in, and power tests, and coordinate with customers and HQ/factory on test programs. The role requires strong test-method knowledge, programming competence, and the ability to work under pressure while guiding improvements and ISO-compliance initiatives in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Server/Rack/Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors.
• SAP and Linux knowledge.
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure.
• Good understanding of test methods and concepts.
• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills.
• Proven experience in tracking and analyzing both online and offline issues to develop improved testing strategies and implement measures for enhancing product quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the NPI Process
• Support production on the mass run
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance)

Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
