Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on team lead for Server & Rack test programs in Tampines. You will guide Associate Engineers / Technicians, coordinate PXE server configuration, and supervise burn‑in and power tests in production.

You will update test program master lists, prepare working instructions, mentor staff on WIs, and participate in ISO activities to maintain quality across the line. Requirements include a Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years in a server/rack

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years in Server/Rack Manufacturing.
SAP and Linux knowledge required.
Good understanding of test methods and debugging.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians to execute all test activities for Server & Rack products in production.
Support and implement PXE Server configuration for the products.
Perform and maintain the Server & Rack run-in test and burn-in/power test processes.
Liaise with customers and HQ/factory on test program implementation and maintenance.
Test and analyze failures in production and coordinate improvements with HQ/factory.
Update the test program master list and tracking; prepare Working Instructions.
Provide training on Working Instructions to production staff and support NPI.
Participate in ISO activities (implementation and maintenance).
