Job summary

Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic content professional to lead SEO-driven content development across websites, blogs, emails, and social media. You will plan and manage content calendars, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize digital experiences to boost engagement and conversions.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong editorial and SEO skills, and experience with content management systems, GA4, and MoEngage.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related discipline.
• - Experience with content management systems and digital properties.
• - Strong editorial, copywriting, and social media skills.
• - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• - Experience in content marketing, SEO and blogging is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO content strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
• Monitor website SEO health and content performance.
• Track SEO KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Work with SEO agency and developers to implement SEO best practices for content.
• Develop a content roadmap aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Plan, create and manage content calendars across websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement and cross-sell goals
• Oversee creation of digital distribution content including website pages, product pages, articles and blogs, email communications, and social media accounts
• Create engaging social media content, including static posts, reels, and short-form videos
• Email content development, setup, deployment and analysis
• Ensure brand voice consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain content governance frameworks and review processes
• Analyse customer behaviour using GA4 and MoEngage
• Optimise website and mobile app content for conversion
• Conduct A/B testing across digital touchpoints
• Monitor content and SEO performance; produce insights and ROI reports
• Collaborate with product, marketing, UX/UI, developers, compliance and legal teams
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution
