Job summary

MENCAT OFFSHORE & MARINE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is searching for a WWTP Process Engineer responsible for the operation, monitoring, and optimization of hazardous wastewater treatment processes.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on operational experience in wastewater treatment systems.

This position emphasizes technical evaluation, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements while optimizing treatment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment.
• Hands-on experience in advanced oxidation processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize wastewater treatment systems daily.
• Conduct technical evaluations of new wastewater streams.
• Manage system abnormalities and perform root cause analyses.
• Prepare documentation and maintain SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
