Job summary
RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a WWTP Process Engineer to oversee the operation, monitoring, and optimization of industrial and hazardous wastewater treatment at the plant.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or hazardous wastewater treatment.
- Hands-on experience with physico-chemical, advanced oxidation, biological, and membrane treatment systems.
- Able to interpret process data and optimize operating parameters.
- Strong communication with operations, laboratory, and management teams.
- Experience with bench-scale testing and pilot trials is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation, monitoring, and optimization of wastewater treatment systems.
- Monitor and optimize units: Physico-Chemical, AOP, Biological, and Tertiary treatments.
- Adjust operating parameters based on influent quality and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct RCA, implement CAPA, and prepare SOPs and technical reports.
- Engage with operations, laboratory, and management on process issues.
