Job summary

EY Singapore seeks a Manager / Senior Manager in Accounting Compliance & Reporting to lead complex finance engagements across statutory reporting, close processes, and governance. You will manage cross-border teams, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality delivery in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

You will shape finance solutions, collaborate with client stakeholders, and contribute to business development and pricing for FMS opportunities.

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, finance, tax, economics, business or related discipline; CPA, CA or similar preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, tax compliance, finance operations, finance transformation, or managed services.
• Experience in statutory reporting, controllership, month-end close, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
• Experience managing client engagements, delivery teams, timelines, quality requirements and client communications.
• Strong understanding of finance process improvement and technology-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' finance operating models and identify improvement opportunities, delivery requirements and transition priorities.
• Lead month-end and year-end close coordination, general ledger review, balance sheet substantiation, and journal entry oversight.
• Strengthen finance governance and control environments and support audit readiness and issue resolution.
• Design ACR and FMS solutions across R2R, P2P, O2C, close and reporting, and shared services transformations.
• Support business development, proposal development and pricing for ACR and FMS opportunities.
• Oversee service transition and steady-state delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
