Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED seeks an experienced Operations professional to support Wealth Solutions operations. You will coordinate with stakeholders across CMPS, Product, and regional hubs to ensure controls, reconciliation, and regulatory obligations are met.

Responsibilities include handling frontline queries, balance substantiation, and the preparation of monthly MIS and project updates while maintaining strong risk management and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in banking operations or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in AI

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end controls of operational processes for Wealth Management products
• Coordinate with CMPS, Product Managers, and regional hubs to meet governance and regulatory requirements
• Prepare review and reporting of weekly/monthly MIS and project updates to management
• Manage frontline queries related to equities processes and ensure timely resolution of reconciliations and DOIs
