The role focuses on shaping strategy toward Global Wealth Management, anchored in Wealth Continuum, Wealth Connectivity and Operating Model transformation, aiming to support DBS’s trillion-dollar ambition by 2030. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in business development, strategy planning, management consulting, or related field, with Wealth Management or Consumer Banking experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies across the organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning of Wealth Platform & Solutions agenda, including strategy development and scorecards.
• Drive financial modelling, business plans, and feasibility studies to support decisions.
• Lead operating model transformation aligning Consumer Bank to Global Wealth Management agenda.
• Support and manage strategic partnerships to access new geographies and client pools.
• Prepare materials and presentations for senior management, outlining market insights and recommendations.
