Job summary

Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Co is seeking a Senior Business Manager for Wealth and Premier Solutions. The role focuses on business management support, product development governance, and cross-functional delivery across product, markets, Legal, Compliance and Risk functions.

You will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, translate strategy into concrete plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Retail/Private Banking or Asset Management.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back processes and investment products.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support on product development and management.
• Run governance forums and program steering committees.
• Collaborate with product specialists, markets and support functions to deliver initiatives.
• Analyze requirements, drive strategy, monitor risk and ensure governance compliance.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives with clear scope, milestones and outcomes.
