Job summary

Pentex Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in the Tampines North East Region. The role is full-time, with responsibility for overseeing goods reception, storage, and dispatch, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the facility.

You will supervise staff, schedule training, and monitor performance while coordinating with logistics, procurement and customer service to maintain seamless workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes would be an advantage.

About the role
