Job summary

CATALYSTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfilment.

You will lead and develop a small warehouse team, enforce safety and SOP compliance, and maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO, stock counts, and cycle counts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems is required, with 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; forklift licence is a plus,

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or certificate in logistics, warehouse operations or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Forklift licence is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
