Job summary

You will lead and develop a small warehouse team, enforce safety and SOP compliance, and maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO, stock counts, and cycle counts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems is required, with 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; forklift licence is a plus,

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or certificate in logistics, warehouse operations or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Forklift licence is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring safety and SOP compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via FIFO, stock control and cycle counts.
• Investigate stock, quality, and customer issues; prepare operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, quality and productivity.
