Job summary

Sankyu Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Warehouse to lead and optimise one of our main warehouses in Tuas. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, client management, and manpower planning while driving continuous process improvements.

In this role you’ll manage large teams through Managers and Supervisors, act as the primary liaison for client queries, monitor KPIs and inventory accuracy, and implement SOPs to reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience with management responsibilities.
• Experience managing teams of 50+ staff preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharma/food industry certification standards (GDP, GMP, FSSC, Halal, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall warehouse operations and client management.
• Lead and manage large-scale warehouse operations through Managers and Supervisors.
• Act as the primary liaison for client queries, complaints, and inter-departmental coordination.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, productivity, inventory accuracy, operation quality, and service levels.
• Conduct manpower planning and resource allocation in response to volume fluctuations.
• Drive SOPs, workflows, warehouse layout, and staff allocation.
• Oversee and manage operational costs for the assigned warehouse.
