TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore.

You will lead and develop the warehouse team, optimize processes, and ensure accurate inventory management to meet service levels for internal and external customers. The role requires 5–8 years in warehousing with 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity, and experience with high SKU counts and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of warehouse or distribution experience with 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling high SKU counts and diverse product ranges.
• Experience in electrical & electronics, IT hardware or related distribution environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for timely execution.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff including team leaders.
• Set performance expectations and foster a collaborative environment.
• Plan manpower to control overtime and labour costs.
• Monitor productivity, service levels and key KPIs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of materials.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, transportation and finance.
