Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for Tuas to lead the department, drive efficient warehouse operations and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive supervision.

You will liaise with clients on operational issues, monitor KPI for all inbound and outbound activities, plan manpower with cost implications to meet orders, enforce safety, address performance issues, resolve inventory discrepancies, implement process improvements, and report on warehouse

Responsibilities

• Supervise & lead department to achieve customer’s satisfaction level.
• Liaise with clients for resolving operational issues.
• Provide guidance to staffs' familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.
• Ensure KPI are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Planning of manpower, with cost implications to meet customer’s order demand.
• Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the Team.
• Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues.
• Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Reporting on warehouse performance and identifying areas for improvement.
