Job summary

DSV is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy, safety, and SLA compliance. You will oversee inbound/outbound, inventory integrity, and customer-facing operations in a 3PL environment.

You will build high-performance teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cost optimization and service excellence across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience leading customer-facing operations in 3PL or distribution.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong operational and commercial mindset.
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory and order fulfilment.
• Drive productivity, accuracy and cost optimization while meeting SLAs.
• Act as key contact for assigned customers; manage issues and escalations.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams; foster high-performance culture.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with transport, planning, IT and finance teams.
• Support process improvements and system implementations like WMS.
