Job summary

Tempserv Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound flows, inventory control, and KPI delivery. You will lead staff, optimize layouts, manage SAP and other systems, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.

This role demands strong leadership, communication, and ability to coordinate with clients and partners.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of SAP, inventory practices, and warehouse safety regulations.
Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily inbound, outbound and inventory control processes.
Plan and execute warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery according to SLAs/KPIs.
Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs.
Lead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors, and ground staff.
Maintain safety compliance and conduct drills, risk assessments and audits.
Drive Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Coordinate with clients and internal/external stakeholders for smooth operations.
