Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics industry.
• Independent and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Able to multi-task and handle online booking of shipments.
• Able to multi-task and take on additional tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for outbound shipment.
• Monitor and communicate with vendors/suppliers via email.
• Arrange Shipping via email or online booking.
• Perform daily resource planning, permit declarations, prepare reports to management and customer.
• Assist in Inbound & inventory functions, coordination and fulfill requests from customers.
• Handle projects such as Kaizen, Lean, Improvement and other adhoc projects.
