Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned logistics operations leader to guide a warehouse team and ensure smooth day-to-day functions. You will drive KPI performance, manage inventory accuracy, and maintain robust process documentation to meet customer requirements.

You will oversee inbound/outbound processing, improve operational efficiency, and ensure safety and compliance across the facility, while coaching staff and coordinating with the Operations Manager on projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS.
Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage customer accounts and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

Assist Operations Manager in running day-to-day operations.
Lead the team to achieve departmental KPI goals.
Prepare, maintain and update process documentation for accounts and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with documented procedures and proper warehouse housekeeping.
Oversee timely processing of inbound and outbound activities.
Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and safety.
Supervise and coach warehouse staff and ensure proper use of equipment.
