Job summary

FABRISTEEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee full warehouse operations in Singapore. You will manage inbound/outbound logistics, lead a team, and maintain strict inventory controls while driving improvements and KPI performance.

Applicants should have 8+ years in warehousing, strong WMS and ERP experience (SAP and Dynamics 365 BC), and a forklift license. ISO/EHS/5S familiarity is required, with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in SCM, Warehousing and Logistics.
• Minimum 8 years of field experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory reporting.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, logistics coordination and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiar with ISO, WSH, EHS, and 5S requirements.
• Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily work, and monitor productivity.
• Manage inventory replenishment, safety stock levels, PRs, and inventory reporting.
• Maintain warehouse records, including MR Forms, MWHSE Stock List, Pick Instruction List, GRN Tracking List, and Transportation Schedule.
• Lead cycle counts, annual stock counts, inventory investigations, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory performance, and implement process improvements.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, WSH, and company policies.
• Provide operational support and backup for warehouse personnel when required.
• Participate in WSH, 5S, and CERT committee activities.
