Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support inbound, outbound and inventory activities. The role requires hands-on leadership of warehouse staff and coordination with customers and transporters.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in warehouse/operations and strong Excel, communication and problem-solving skills. 5-day work week and multiple East Singapore locations are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics or operations experience.
• Prior experience supervising or leading a warehouse team is required.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Plan manpower, work allocation and resources based on daily requirements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
• Train, guide and support warehouse and administrative staff.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and shipment activities.
• Handle customer and vendor returns.
• Maintain warehouse safety, quality and 5S standards.
