Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse implementation and onboarding initiatives in Singapore. You will drive planning, execution, and post-go-live support across multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, timelines, risks, and quality compliance while coordinating IT interfaces (WMS/ERP/UAT) and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics operations.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience in warehouse implementation, customer onboarding, start-up operations, site migration, or process improvement projects.
• 3PL experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and implementation through post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Lead new customer onboarding and warehouse implementation projects.
• Coordinate warehouse ramp-up, including manpower, equipment, layout, processes, and system setup.
• Manage site transfers, business migrations, and operational transitions.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into operational deliverables.
• Coordinate with IT teams on WMS, ERP, UAT, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Ensure operational readiness before go-live and support implementation validation.
• Prepare project reports, management updates, and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with company, customer, quality, and safety requirements.
