Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse automation and intralogistics projects from award through handover. You will develop schedules, budgets and execution plans while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires managing contractual obligations, risks and changes, plus close collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of AS/RS, conveyors, AGV/AMR and WCS/WMS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong project management experience within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, industrial automation, or complex engineering projects.
• Hands-on experience managing projects involving automated material handling systems will be highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of systems such as AS/RS, conveyors, sortation, AGV/AMR, Goods-to-Person, WCS/WMS, or other warehouse automation technologies

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of warehouse automation and intralogistics projects from project award through final handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and overall execution plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to contractual scope, timeline, budget, quality and customer requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays and potential cost impacts.
• Manage project changes, variations and other commercial matters throughout project execution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams covering mechanical, electrical, controls, software and automation systems.
• Manage the integration and implementation of warehouse automation systems such as AS/RS, conveyors, sortation systems, AGV/AMR, Goods-to-Person solutions, WCS/WMS and related technologies.
• Coordinate site installation, testing, commissioning, system integration and final acceptance.
• Ensure technical and operational issues are resolved effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims and project-related commercial matters.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to manage project expectations and contractual deliverables.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to customers and management.
• Manage escalations and resolve project issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Oversee project site activities and ensure installation work meets project and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and site safety procedures.
• Coordinate contractors and project teams to ensure safe and efficient site execution.
• Support testing, commissioning, acceptance and project handover activities.
