1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of large banking programs in Singapore. You will lead cross‑functional engagement across technology, business and operations to ensure governance, budget discipline and timely delivery of milestones.

The role requires extensive banking experience, a relevant engineering/business/finance degree and strong capability in Lean/Agile practices, data‑driven decision making and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or finance.
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across bank functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for program needs and define the program roadmap with business and operations.
• Manage stakeholders across Business, Technology and Operations to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Prepare high‑level investments and project plans, and assess feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Oversee governance, budget, scope, milestones and post‑go-live support model.
