Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of modern wealth management platforms and investment journeys.
Operate as a hands-on technical leader across multiple engineering squads, driving strong technical execution and standards.
Build and evolve large-scale full stack platforms using Java, ReactJS, and Python.
Design distributed systems and platform architectures including microservices, APIs, event-driven patterns, and micro-frontends.
Partner with product, business and technology stakeholders to translate complex needs into robust solutions.
Drive platform-level thinking with emphasis on extensibility, reuse, reliability, and speed.
Contribute to key technical decisions, solution design, and critical implementation paths.
Evaluate and apply modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development tooling, where beneficial.
