Job summary

DBS is seeking a VP, Full Stack Engineering Lead for Equity Products and Execution in Singapore. The role focuses on driving technical vision, architecture, and delivery across Cash Equity, Equity Derivatives, and related platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define reusable services, and ensure low-latency, real-time workflows. You will work with Java/Spring Boot, Python, and ReactJS, while leveraging Kubernetes/OpenShift for cloud-native deployment and modern messaging such as

Qualifications

• 9+ years of enterprise financial environments and leadership of Agile squads.
• Deep hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Python.
• Cloud-native architecture with Kubernetes or OpenShift and CI/CD automation.

• Set technical vision and evolve a cloud-native equity execution platform.
• Lead squads, drive reusable services, and enforce coding standards.
