Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the Payments Product Processor Platform across Markets.
• Utilize AI patterns and agentic workflows for faster development cycles.
• Contribute to system architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with long-term ownership.
• Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders to shape impactful solutions.
• Manage multiple teams and conduct performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Resolve issues with knowledge of applications development and cross-functional areas.
• Ensure procedures are followed and help define standards.
• Integrate knowledge of applications development with the technology function to meet goals.
• Provide evaluative judgement from analysis of facts in complex situations.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and external parties as necessary.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citigroup and assets, and escalate control issues.
