Job summary

Charles & Keith Group in Singapore seeks a seasoned Visual Merchandiser to elevate brand standards across multiple stores. You will lead weekly VM executions, coach retail teams, and act as a brand ambassador to drive customer engagement and sales through compelling visuals.

Coordinate seasonal window displays, manage in-store zoning and product rotations, monitor stock levels, and share insights on fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of VM principles and fashion trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VM standards across stores, and weekly execution for at least 5 model stores.
• Lead, coach and develop retail teams to ensure brand standards and VM guidelines are followed.
• Act as a brand ambassador and VM role model, driving visuals to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Coordinate seasonal window displays with Country/Regional VM teams and manage product rotations.
• Plan store zoning and merchandising updates in line with guidelines and priorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and propose stock adjustments aligned with brand direction.
