Lovebonito Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Visual Merchandising Manager to translate brand and product strategy into compelling in-store visuals that drive conversion and basket size across markets. You will own global VM standards, lead a multi-market team, and partner with Merchandising and Marketing to align campaigns with store execution.

We are looking for 6–8 years of VM experience, strong leadership, and a commercial mindset to maximise sell-through and optimal customer experiences in

Competenze

• 6–8 years of visual merchandising experience in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• At least 2 years leading a team or managing VM projects across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of store zoning, product presentation, mannequin styling, customer flow, and in-store communication.
• Commercial mindset using sales data and customer insights to guide VM decisions.
• Ability to translate brand and product strategies into VM direction for store teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-market collaboration.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; manage multiple launches and timelines.
• Experience in VM budget planning, vendor management, and cost control.
• Willingness to travel across markets; hands-on and collaborative.

Mansioni

• Translate the seasonal brand strategy into visual concepts and floor/window strategy to maximise sell-through.
• Own product placement, adjacency, and cross-sell staging to lift basket size and AOV.
• Lead global VM guidelines and toolkits across markets; support store openings and campaigns.
• Develop VM KPI framework linking visual execution to conversion and sell-through; conduct store audits.
• Lead multi-market VM team and develop capabilities; travel as required.
• Build relationships with Merchandising, Retail Ops, Creative and Marketing.
