• Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience in fashion.
• Strong understanding of VM principles and trends.
• Eye for styling, color, and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VM standards across stores and weekly execution for at least 5 model stores.
• Lead, coach and develop retail teams to ensure brand and VM guideline compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador with strong visual, commercial and fashion acumen.
• Use VM as a commercial tool to boost customer experience and sales.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with country/region teams.
• Coordinate window displays with regional VM teams and manage rotations.
• Plan in-store VM including zoning, rotations and merchandising updates.
• Collaborate with Boutique Managers to maximize key product visibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust merchandising decisions accordingly.
• Provide timely feedback after rotations and maintain VM props inventory.
