Job summary

Aibel Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer for FPSO/EPC projects in Singapore. The role focuses on vendor risk management, coordination of inspections, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC documentation and ITP requirements.

You will collaborate with client, construction, and operations teams to close non-conformances and deliver quality outcomes. Experience in DNV-class FPSO EPC projects is preferred, with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering and relevant welding/NDE

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality engineering FPSO/EPC projects regionally.
Minimum 5 years in Vendor Inspection Coordination.
DNV Class FPSO EPC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate Vendor Risk session and follow up Risk actions.
Participate internal audits and verifications; support Lead Auditor as required.
Participate Experience Transfer sessions.
Coordinate and follow up on improvement initiatives and incentive schemes to promote QRM matters in the project.
Prepare weekly and monthly Vendor Quality reports for Lead Quality Engineer.
Assist in preparing work instructions when required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Manage and monitor vendor inspection activities performed by TPI service providers.
